  • File content: only if you upload your work file — stored securely and only accessible to you unless you enable public download
  • Payment data: transaction IDs and amounts from PayPal — we never store card numbers or bank details
  • Usage data: IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, for security and analytics

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Service
  • To generate and issue cryptographic certificates
  • To process payments through PayPal
  • To send you transactional emails (registration confirmation, certificate issuance)
  • To prevent fraud and ensure platform security
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:

  • PayPal: for payment processing
  • Cloud storage providers: for secure file storage

5. Public Certificate Data

When you have a "Register" plan certificate, certain metadata (title, author name, certificate code, creation date, and file hashes) is publicly visible on the certificate verification page. You control which fields are shown. File content is only public if you explicitly enable the public download toggle.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your plan (1 year for Deposit, 10 years for Register). After expiration, your data may be archived or deleted in accordance with our retention policy. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure file storage, and hashed passwords. File hashes are calculated in your browser before upload, meaning file content is never transmitted unprotected.

8. Your Rights
